| Abstract: | Based on test question structure and resolution analysis, the paper studies the number 29 test question of integrated science of 2012 college entrance examination. The question centers on biology attainments, learning aptitude and research capacity, and is the checkup of examinees＇ biology achieve- ments of elementary education stage, and it has the backwash effect and plays the leading role in biology education. |
