大连推进人文素质教育的对策研究

人文素质是人综合素质的重要组成部分,对城市的可持续发展有重要意义。大连市人文素质发展在教育体系、市场机制及主流人文载体方面仍有进步空间,需从建立良性发展机制;营造浓厚文化氛围;构建合理人文素质教育体系;建立支柱性文化产业等方面加以推进,以促进人文素质教育全面发展,推动城市现代化进程。

Strategy Studies for Promoting Humanistic Quality Education in Dalian

Humanistic quality is an important part of the overall quality of human beings and it is significant for a city＇s sustainable development. There is still improvement space for Dalian as far as edueation system, market mechanism and main-stream humanistic carriers are concerned. We need to promote humanistic quality education and the modernization of the city from the aspects of constructing healthy development mechanism, creating cultural atmosphere, building reasonable humanistic education system, and setting up cultural industry as a pillar.
