| 摘 要： | 民营企业家精神的塑造应视诚信为基础。在市场经济运行中，民营企业家应从理论上认识诚信是企业与企业家的生命。打造诚信经济的内外部环境，可以使民营企业在创新中提高市场能力，可以使民营企业的经济利益与社会的经济效益实现高度的统一。

| Abstract: | The creating of private enterprisers spirit should regard honesty and trust as the foundation. Private enterprisers must understand that honesty and trust are the life of the enterprises and the enterprisers from the theory in the operation of market economy. To create interior and exterior economic environment of honesty and trust may make private enterprises raising market power in the innovation,and private enterprises realizing high unity of both economic benefit and social effect. |
