摘    要:以知识密集、跨界融合、快速迭代、高速增长为特征的新产业对创新创业人才的需求与高职院校创新创业人才供给存在严重的不匹配,主要表现在三个方面:高职院校创新创业人才培养不匹配与着眼于"规格"的人才市场需求;高职院校创新创业人才培养不匹配与着眼于"专业"的人才市场需求;高职院校创新创业人才培养不匹配与着眼于"课程"的人才市场需求。高职院校创新创业人才培养有效推进有四种逻辑样态,即"分析预测""需求引领""主动跟进"与"深度融合"。

Abstract:There’s a significant mismatch between the demand for talents of new industry,which is characteristic in knowledgeintensive,cross-border convergence,rapid iteration,and high-speed growth,and the supply of innovative and entrepreneurial talents by higher vocational colleges.The mismatch of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges is mainly manifested in three aspects:the demand of the talent market focusing on"specifications",the demand of the talent market focusing on"specialties"and the demand of the talent market focusing on"courses".There are four logical modes to effectively promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges,namely"analysis and prediction""demand guidance""active follow-up"and"deep integration".
