高等教育与科学发展观

坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,这是新时期的重大战略思想,也是指导中国高等教育改革与发展实践的重要方针。近10年来,由于高校大规模扩招,加之高等教育领域的改革严重滞后,导致高等教育人才培养质量下降,大学毕业生就业困难,高校负债运行。总结和反思高校扩招的成绩与不足,从遵循教育发展规律出发,以科学的、理性的、可持续的发展思路指导高等教育决策,无疑将是必然的选择。

On higher education and scientific development view

Sticking to people being foremost and establishing a comprehensive,harmonious,and sustainable development view is not only a vital strategic idea at a new stage but also an important guiding line for China's higher education development and reform.Over the past 10 years,due to large-scaled enrollment expansion and lagging reforms in the realm of higher education,some negative phenomena have emerged: the quality of talent cutivating in higher educaion has witnessed a sliding trend;university graduating students have been confronted with more and more difficulties in getting employed;HEIs have been operated in debt.Therefore,it's inevitable to summarize and ponder the achievements and defect of enrollment expansion in HEIs,guide the act of decision making in higher education under the leadership of scientific,rational and sustainable development view on the basis of educational development laws.
