“职业”的人——述深圳职业技术学院“职业人文”的理念

摘    要:职业理性有三个层次:即律令性层次(工具理性)、契约性层次(社会理性)和人文层次(人文理性)。高等职业教育的人文教育应是围绕“职业理性”的培养来创制的“职业人文”教育,其核心理念应是“‘职业’的人”。“职业人文”的具体“立人”方案应是:规之于律令,谨之以契约,敬之以人文。深圳职业技术学院将致力于“职业人文”的学术研究与教育实践。

Abstract:Vocational rationality can be approached from the following three perspectives including instrumental, social and humanistic level. The humanistic education in higher vocational schools should keep vocational rationality as its core value with training vocational humanistic education should be disciplined professionals as its key purpose. The guidelines for by laws and orders, cautioned by contracts, and awed with humanism. Great efforts should be made in academic research and practice of vocational humanistic education.
