On the basis of the construction requirement of the state demonstration polytechnics,according to the principles of enjoying the resources together,drawing support from people outside the college to develop,supplementing the functions mutually and improving the center as a whole,and surrounding the three functions of teaching,scientific research and social service,this article suggests to build the first-class practice center on plant protection in China,.
