乡村精品酒店的邀请式营销探析

摘    要:随着世界豪华旅游市场对中国的关注,乡村精品酒店开始在我国慢慢萌芽发展。与传统酒店不同的是,乡村精品酒店注重以客户之间相互邀请为主要形式的营销思路和营销方法,并且具有双次定位、感受时尚、形成联盟的特点。酒店的设计、个性化的服务和客人的身份都会影响到邀请式营销的实施,因此乡村精品酒店开展邀请式营销应当做到:注重酒店文化的建设、培养员工的感恩心理、营造酒店客人的归属感和巩固酒店与当地社区的良好关系,同时酒店还应该注意这种邀请的持续性和实效性,以推动乡村精品酒店的有序发展。

Abstract:Rural boutique hotels begin to develop in China along with the world luxurious tourist market's concern for China. The difference from the traditional hotels is that those hotels have their own ideas and methods of inviting marketing, which have the features of twice orientations, fashion and alliance. Usually, hotel design, personalized service and the guests' characteristics are the key factors to affect the implementation of the inviting marketing. Thus, focusing on the construction of the hotel culture, fostering the gratitude of employees, creating hotel guests' feeling of belonging, consolidating good relationship between hotel and the local community are good for the inviting marketing. At the same time, focusing on the sustainability and effectiveness will contribute to the development of rural boutique hotels.
