摘    要:NKI即挪威函授学院,是欧洲最大的在线远程教育提供者之一。NKI在Paulsen创建的合作自由理论指导下,自行开发了学习管理系统SESAM,并开展了卓有成效的在线合作学习。NKI合作学习的三大支柱是自愿、诱人的参与,提高个人灵活性,促进与学习社区的亲和力。NKI合作学习经验对我国远程教育理念、学习者资源和学习平台建设等方面有着重要启示。

Abstract:NKI, the Norwegian Knowledge Institute, which has an unique online learning mode, is one of the largest online distance education providers in Europe. Guided by Paulsen's theory of cooperative freedom, NKI developed its own learning management system, SESAM, and its online cooperative learning has been proven highly effective. The three pillars of NKI's Cooperative Learning are: 1. Promoting individual flexibility. 2. Voluntary, but attractive participation. 3. Promoting affinity to the learning community. NKI's success can serve as enlightenment to China's distance education theory, resources for learners and the construction of learning platform.
