摘    要:以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,甲醛,二甲胺为原料,通过mannich反应合成了抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基-4(二甲氨甲基)苯酚,并采用红外光谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征.通过正交实验确定了抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基-4(二甲氨甲基)苯酚的最佳合成工艺:第一步反应温度为5℃,反应时间为40min;第二步反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3.5h;2,6-二叔丁基苯酚与甲醛和二甲胺的物质的量的比分别为1:1.7,1:2.7.产品的收率为94.7%,熔点为91-92℃.

Abstract:By use of Mannich reaction, the antioxidizer2,6-di-tert-butyl-4(dimethyl amino methyl) phenol was synthesized with 2,6 di-tert-butyl phenol, formaldehyde and dimethylamine as the raw materials. The characterization of the structure of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4 (dimethyl amino methyl) phenol was done by means of IR and mass spectrometry. And the optimal synthesis technologywas determined by means of orthogonal experiment: The reaction temperature of the first step was 5℃ with the reaction time being 40min; the reaction temperature in the second step was 80℃ with the reaction time of 3.5h; molar ratio of 2,6 - di-tert-butyl phenol to formaldehyde and to dimethylamine were 1 : 1.7, 1 : 2.7 respeactively. Under these optimum reaction conditions,the yield of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4(dimethyl amino methyl) phenol was 94.7 % and the melting point was 91-92℃.
