高校行政管理学课程教改研究

摘    要:目前高校行政管理课程教学采用的传统教学的模式,已不能切合当代大学生的心理特点,满足学生综合发展和社会求职要求。改变传统教育教师为主的教学理念与模式,重理教与学的关系,确立学生主体地位,产生教师、学生、政府部门在教学中的良性互动,形成学生、教学、科研、地方政府共同发展的多赢局面,才是行政管理课程教改的大势所趋。

Research on the Curriculum Reform of Administrative Management in Universities

Abstract:At present, the traditional teaching mode is used in Administrative Management curriculum teaching, which has been unable to meet the psychological characteristics of"post-90s"u-niversity students, and students' requirements of comprehensive development and social job. Changing the traditional concept of teachers and teaching models, reframing the relationship between teaching and learning, establishing the subjective status of the student, forming the benign interaction among teachers, students, and government departments in teaching and the win-win situa-tion of students, teaching, scientific research, local government, are the trend of the Administrative Management curriculum teaching reform.
