高职高专工商企业管理专业要培养符合社会需要的人才，必须研究工商企业对管理人才的要求，明晰工商企业管理专业人才素质结构；以此为目标构建高职高专工商企业管理专业课程体系基本框架，从而提升人才培养水平。

Research on the Curriculum System Based on the Quality Structure of Industrial and Commercial Specialties Tal-ents in Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to train talents meeting social needs in indus-trial and commercial enterprise management specialty of higher vocational colleges, we must study the requirements of industrial and commercial enterprises for management talents, make clear the quality structure of industrial and commercial enterprise management talents. With this as the objective, we can construct a basic frame for the curriculum system of industrial and com-mercial enterprise management specialty, so as to enhance the level of talent training.
