| Abstract: | Stick to the thought of scientific development and revolve around the problems of higher vocational School's construction.In order to develop it continually and harmoniously,we should deeply think about the problems in theory and practice,such as the way of development,the state of development,,the motive of it,exterior conditions,the protection of systems,the strategic arrangement,mechanism of managing and so on. |
