| 摘 要： | 当前许多高职高专院校学前教育专业都开展了育婴师职业资格培训,有利于丰富学前教育专业学生的专业素养,完善婴幼儿教育的专业学科建设,实现育婴职业的规范化和专业化.高职高专学前教育专业开展育婴师培训在培养目标、生源、研究开展和就业方面有着突出的优势,但同时在培养的科学性和实效性、课程衔接与操作技能培养方面也面临着挑战,需要进一步思考探索与研究解决.
