| 摘 要： | 当前幼儿园"小学化"倾向仍然盛行,致使幼儿园课程改革举步维艰,陷入"囚徒困境".无论从社会评价来看,还是从幼儿的小学适应表现来看,继续实行小学化是当前幼儿园效用博弈的纳什均衡点.建立以幼儿为本、反映本地特色的评价标准与手段,推行"选择性激励"评价制度有助于改变当前幼儿园之间的博弈结构,促使幼儿园真正实行课程改革.
