摘    要:专业引领是决定园本教研活动有效性的核心因素.专业引领不足或缺乏有效的专业引领是制约江西省幼儿园园本教研深入开展的主要原因.为提升江西省幼儿园园本教研活动的有效性,让园本教研更有生命力,使园本教研真正成为促进教师专业发展的重要途径,加强专业引领势在必行.为园本教研的开展创造条件、丰富专业引领的内涵并予以制度保障、重建研究共同体等措施有助于保障专业引领的力度与效度,从而提高园本教研活动的有效性.

Abstract:Professional guide is one of the core factors to determine the effectiveness of kindergarten-based teaching and research activities(KTR).The inability to provide and the inefficiency of professional guides serve as major constraints of KTR in the Jiangxi province.Strengthening the professional guide is imperative for further enhancement of effectiveness and vitality of KTR,which is helpful to the professional cultivation of teachers.
