陕西省幼儿教师资源配置的现状与存在问题分析及解决对策

教育资源合理配置是教育公平、均衡发展的重要保证,其中教师资源配置是教育资源配置的核心问题.目前陕西省幼儿教师资源配置存在明显的不均衡现象,其中公办幼儿园、城市幼儿园拥有比民办幼儿园、县城幼儿园更多更优质的教师资源.造成这一现象的主要原因是区域经济发展的不均衡和公办民办幼儿园教师地位待遇相差太大,致使更多更优质的教师资源流向城市幼儿园与公办幼儿园.为促进学前教育区域均衡发展,政府应在大力推动区域经济均衡发展的基础上,对处于弱势地位的民办幼儿园与县城幼儿园给予直接与间接的支持,保证教师在不同经济发展水平的地区与不同性质的幼儿园工作都能获得大致相当的生存环境与待遇收入,从而实现教师资源配置的合理化.
