| 摘 要： | 本研究采用问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法,对中部地区农村学前教育事业发展状况进行调查,发现中部地区农村学前教育事业在发展过程中主要存在以下问题:民办园和学校办园占较大比例;标准化的农村幼儿园数量不能满足幼儿就近入园需求,农村幼儿入园率低;农村幼儿园选址布局不合理,办园条件差;教育管理体制不完善,教育投入不足;幼儿教师素质不高,工资待遇差,缺乏在职培训机会;农村幼儿园教学内容和方法"小学化",不利于儿童身心和谐发展.为促进农村学前教育事业健康发展,政府应将学前教育纳入当地经济和社会发展的总体规划,统筹发展农村学前教育;探索建立"县乡结合,以县为主"的农村学前教育管理体制,明确各级政府发展和管理学前教育的责任;改善农村幼儿教师编制和待遇,提高农村幼儿教师素质;更新农村幼儿教师与家长的教育观念,提高农村学前教育质量.

| Abstract: | This paper tries to put forward countermeasures on the basis of deeply understanding the preschool education's present situation in the rural area of central China,through the investigation and interview with the rural preschool education administrators,kindergarten leaders and teachers and the children's parents.The govornment should give more importance and support to the balanced development of the rural preschool education. |
