| 摘 要： | 本文结合当前英语教学落后时代及英语教育网络信息化发展改革的挑战，探讨如何从外语教育的特点及我院的实际出发，构建英语网络资源教学环境。基于这种目的必须正确运用多媒体课件和精心的设计网络资源。同时就我院英语网络教育教学环境的构建及应用谈了自己的意见。

| Abstract: | This essay discusses how to construct teaching environment of English Net resource by combining the character of the purpose of foreign language teaching and our university's practical condition in terms of the back word background of English course and the need of English Net education.Therefore,it is of great significance to appropriately apply multi-media courseware and internet teaching resources.This article also illustrates the basic principle of constructing resource environment and its application in author's university. |
