高职院校中外合作办学教学模式研究

针对高职高专层次中外合作办学现状,提出"三维目标导向"教学模式,从社会服务、技术应用、学习深造三个维度分析岗位职业能力,订制专业人才培养目标。实践表明,该模式适合基础差异较大、个性突出的高职高专类学生培养,对于提高人才培养质量、促进合作办学专业更好更快地发展具有重要的意义。

The Chinese-foreign cooperation teaching model in higher vocational colleges

Aiming at the current situation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in higher vocational level,to put forward the teaching mode of "three-dimensional target oriented",from social services,technology application,study three dimension to analyze post occupation skills,customizes professional personnel training target.Practice shows that,this model is suitable for training students of basic difference is bigger,prominent personality,has important significance to improve the quality of talents training,promote the better and faster development of cooperation in running schools.
