| 摘 要： | 辅导员在高校思想政治教育中的地位日益突显,充分利用其在此项工作中的作用,有助于改善大学生思想政治教育现状。本文摒弃对辅导员在思想政治教育过程中所扮演的教育主体角色,从思想政治教育和载体的定义出发,挖掘辅导员在高校思想政治教育中的新角色、新功能。

| Abstract: | to pick the instructors in the ideological and political education has been increasing in the position,make full use of its role in the job,help to improve college students’ ideological and political education present situation.This paper to abandon the ideological and political education process in the role of education subject role,from the ideological and political education oh carrier,based on the definition of the mining in the ideological and political education in the new role,new function. |
