浅析诚信原则的行政法意义

随着法治社会的进一步发展,诚信原则不仅贯穿于私法领域,其在行政法上也逐渐得到认可。我国在行政许可法中规定了信赖保护原则,国务院颁布的全面推进依法行政实施纲要中也将诚信原则作为行政法的基本要求。在本文中,笔者为我国诚信行政制度的建立提供了一些相应的对策和建议,以期能对诚信原则在行政法中的完善有所裨益。

Analysis of the administrative law significance of the good faith principle

With the further development of society ruled by law,the principle of good faith is not only throughout the field of private law,it gradually being recognized in administrative law.In our country,the administrative license law in the provisions of the trust protection principle,the State Council promulgated the overall promotion of the outline of administration by law takes the principle of good faith as basic requirements of the administrative law.In this paper,the author provides some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of administrative system,in order to be helpful for the perfection of good faith principle in administrative law.
