民办高校学生公寓文化建设实践与探索

随着国家教育体制改革的不断推进,高校学生管理工作必然要与之相适应,高校学生公寓文化建设也被赋予全新的内涵,民办高校要重视将公寓文化建设作为学生德育工作的重要阵地与有力突破点,在工作实践中不断探索创新。学生公寓文化是学生教育管理服务内涵发展过程中的一种新兴文化,是包含如公寓设施、审美情趣、精神思想、道德标准、行为方式、人际关系等各方面文化形态的群体文化,可以说是具有多元素、多层面的有机载体,因而公寓文化建设是一个全面、系统的工程。本文通过研究民办高校学生公寓文化建设实践中的内涵与特点、现状思考与问题分析,并提出了相关对策,通过创建良好的育人环境,进一步提升民办高校的教育教学水平。

The practice and exploration of the residence culture construction of students in private colleges

With the constant promoting of national education system reform,college student management work must adapt with it,the residence cultural construction of college students has also been given the new meaning,private universities should pay more attention to take the cultural construction of students’ moral education work in the residence as important and powerful breakthrough point,in the practice to constantly explore and innovate.Students residence culture is a new culture in the process of the development of education and management,are included such as residence facilities,aesthetic taste,spiritual,moral standards,behavior,interpersonal relationship and other aspects,can be said to have multiple elements,multidimensional organic carrier,thus the residence culture construction is a comprehensive,systematic engineering.Through the study of the connotation and characteristics,the present situation and problem in the practice of residence cultural construction of private college students,and put forward the relevant countermeasures,through creating good educational environment,to further enhance the level of education and teaching in private universities.
