| 摘 要： | 法学作为一门实践性强的应用学科,如何能够运用法学理论以解决现实中存在的各类层出不穷的案件,成为法学教育不可或缺的功能。本文作者结合自己多年的实际教学经验,对基于法律思维能力培养的法学专业实验教学体系的构建相关问题进行分析探讨,同时提出了自己的看法和意见。
