浅议在新形势下应重视发挥高校院系办公室的宣传职能

对外宣传是提升高校软实力的重要手段,充分发挥高校院系办公室的宣传职能是高校实现可持续发展的内在要求。新兴媒体的飞速发展对高校的宣传工作提出了更高的要求。为此,本文从新形势下如何正确认识院系办公室的宣传职能重要性入手,并对目前宣传工作存在的问题进行分析,探讨了发挥宣传职能的相应的对策,提高宣传的效果[1]。

The discussion on attaching importance to play publicity function office of department in the new situation

External propaganda is important means to promote the soft power of the universities.Give full play to the office of department of publicity function is the inherent requirement of the sustainable development.The rapid development of new media put forward higher request to the propaganda work of the universities.Therefore this paper I want to analyse the existing problems in the propaganda work,to discusse the function of the propagandizing corresponding countermeasure and to enhance the publicity effect,through correctly understanding the importance of the propaganda department functions of office under the new situation.
