摘    要:客户满意度分析是提高汽车销售企业经济效益,提高企业市场竞争力的重要途径。采用结构方程模型,应用偏最小二乘法可以科学的分析客户满意度的调查数据,从而得出提升汽车销售企业客户满意度的具体方法。

Abstract:Customer satisfaction analysis is the important way to improve the economic benefits of car sales business,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.Using structural equation modeling,applied the partial least square method can scientifically analyze the survey data of customer satisfaction,thus obtains the specific methods to promote customer satisfaction of car sales business.
