摘    要:这两年,跨境电子商务发展势头强劲。阿里巴巴利用自己的跨境电商平台,利用自己的大数据优势,将跨境电商企业带入大数据时代。本文提取了3个要素作为影响跨境电子商务成功的关键因素,外部营销、内部运营,以及领导层决策。基于许多跨境电商企业希望将大数据应用于企业经营的动机,本文从4个方面来阐述大数据如何深耕跨境电商:用于企业外部营销、用于内部运营、用于领导层决策以及用于产品核心支持。

Abstract:These two years, t Cross-border e-commerce develops rapidly. Alibaba use their cross-border electric business platform and advantage of big data to cross-border electricity business enterprise into the era of big data. This paper extracted the three elements as the key factors affecting cross-border e-commerce success, external marketing, internal operations, and leadership decision-making. Many cross-border electricity business enterprises want to use big data in enterprise management, this paper from four aspects to illustrate how to run cross-border electricity: big data for external marketing, used for internal operations, for leadership decision-making and the core support for product.
