| Abstract: | In order to have a better management of the topics of scientific research and a more correct judgement to their value,it is necessary for us to carry out gradations.The standards should be varied according to each college's conditions.We should consider the academic quality and the convinience of management as well.The principle is that when there are many topics,we may have an elaborate division;wheras when there are only a few topics,we just have a rough division to meet the need of inspiration. |
