| 摘 要： | 张家界旅游业的发展存在着一系列的问题:景区违章建筑滥建乱搭;生态环境受到严重破坏;旅游行业内部缺乏统一规范的服务等;据此,提出了张家界旅游业发展的对策:合理的规划与布局;不断追求旅游产品的创新;规范各项服务和加强人才的培养与管理;提高以电子商务为核心的营销手段。

| Abstract: | There is a series of problems in the development of tourist industry in Zhangjiajie: massive buildings against scenic spot building regulations, serious destruction of ecological environment and irregulated service within the tourist trade, in view of which countermeasures have been put forward: making rational distribution of the buildings, constantly bringing forth new tourist products, regulating the service system and strengthening the cultivation and management of talents and improving the e-commerce-based marketing system. |
