| 摘 要： | 唐宋时期,有子嗣人家的女孩子不能参与财产的直接继承和占有。女儿所能得到的娘家家产只有少量的私财和奁产陪嫁。民间通行的女儿占有和支配娘家家产的方式主要有：奁产陪嫁、招婿入赘、立嗣外甥外孙、遗嘱继产等。

| Abstract: | During Tang and Song Dynasty,the girls who have brothers can not inherit and possess property directly from their families. The daughters can only receive a few trousseau and property from their parents’ home. Nevertheless,the daughters have some ways to occupy and arrange property from their parents’ home：getting trousseau,letting someone marry into and live with their parents’ family,adopting nephew or grandson as their sons,making wills,and so on. Through these ways,the daughters who married can inherit a part of their parents’ property. |
