| 摘 要： | 摘要：鉴于科技成果奖励对农业科技创新能力具有较强的代表性，本文以成果奖励指标为例对农业科研机构创新能力的影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示：农业科研机构成果产出和科技资源分布均存在显著的“马太效应”；农业科研机构的成果产出不仅受科研投入规模及结构的影响，也与机构所在区域的经济发展因素和农业资源环境密切相关；目前的科研投入增加仍能带来成果产出的迅速增加，部分机构可能存在边际产出递减的趋势。
