《规范科技行政管理权力运行》课程开发探析

《规范科技行政管理权力运行》课程开发是个新课题,对充实干部学校培训课程体系,推动科技行政管理权力规范化、科学化运行以及促进政府反腐倡廉建设有着十分现实和深远的意义。但在课程开发实施过程中,存在可借鉴的课程资源少、实施方式没有特色、开发主体间有效沟通和配合不够、师资力量薄弱等诸多问题。文章从获取课程资源,独创实施方式,加强主体合作,建设师资队伍四个方面进行了实践探索,取得一定的成果。

The Development of the curriculum of the Standardization of the Operation of Science and Technology Administrative Power is a new research topic and it is of practical and far-reaching significance for enriching the curriculum system of cadre training schools,promoting the standardized and scientific operation of science and technology administrative power,and enhancing the construction of the government’s anti-corruption.But in the process of the curriculum’s development and implementation,there exist such problems as inadequate curriculum resources for reference,featureless implementation modes,a lack of effective communication between main developmental parties,and shortage of qualified teaching forces.This paper makes a practice study in four aspects;that is,acquiring curriculum resources,innovating implementation modes,strengthening the cooperation between the developmental parties,and building the teaching forces;and has achieved some results.
