加快小城镇建设 推动县域经济发展——以福建永泰县为例

城镇化是经济社会发展的必然趋势,也是工业化、现代化的重要标志。从《中共中央1984年农村工作的通知》首次提出小城镇发展问题以来,党的十五大、十六大和十七大都对加快小城镇的发展提出了具体要求,＂十二五＂期间,我国仍处于城镇化加快发展的阶段,以农民工市民化为重点的人口城镇化战略在国家战略中的地位将大大提升,城镇化将成为经济社会发展的新动力。

The urbanization is the inevitable trend of economic and social development and is also an important sign of industrialization and modernization.Since the time when the issue of small town development was first put forward in the Notice of the CPC Central Committee Rural Area Work in 1984,specific requirements have been put forward in every plenary session of the 15th,16th,and 17th Party Congress.During the "Twelfth Five-year Plan" period,China is still in the development stage of speeding up urbanization.The citizenization of migrant workers as the focus of population urbanization strategy in the national strategic position will be greatly enhanced and urbanization will become a new impetus to the economic and social development.
