| 摘 要： | 通过对200名大学一年级男生与女生对体育锻炼功能价值认识、喜爱并能够参与锻炼的体育项目现状、影响坚持锻炼的因素调查结果分析,提出培养大学一年级学生体育人口应从开展专门体育理论讲座加强体育功能价值认识,加强课堂体育锻炼技能教授,组织开展多种形式的课外体育活动,积极鼓励引导女生参加课外体育活动几个主要方面进行。

| Abstract: | Recognize the value of physical exercise functions on the 200 universities in the first grade boys and girls, love and sports project status to participate in the exercise of influence to insist on the exercise factor analysis of the survey, the proposed train freshman sports population from specialized sports theory lectures strengthen the awareness of the value of sports function, strengthen the classroom physical exercise skills professor, organize and conduct various forms of extra-curricular sports activities,, and actively encouraged to guide the girls to participate in extracurricular sports activities of several major aspects. |
