山西省国家级体育传统项目学校管理现状分析

文章采取问卷调查法对山西省8所国连胜级体育传统校的管理现状进行的调查，分别从学校的项目开展、外部管理、内部管理方面进行了分析，结论认为山西省国家叙体育传统项目学校大多属于优势项目型，应当结合当地条件、地城优势突出酋己的特色。在运营模式上存在两种；在外部管理上主管部门协调性较差，在内部管理上学校领导的重视。

Analysis of national Traditional Sports School in Shanxi Province
