城市居民社区参与之特征探析--以武汉市杨园街道的实地调查为例

文章以武汉市杨园街道社区居民为调查对象，在问卷调查和访谈的基础上，从达成社区参与目标方式的角度（社区参与目标取向是推进或实现四个转变，即决策转变、合作转变、外在参与转变、资源转变）．发现和分析了城市居民社区参与的四个特点，即利益和兴趣唤起社区参与意识；参号效能感激发社区参与积极性；居民委员会组织是社区参与的保障；社区沟通不足限制社区参与程度。

Analysis on Characteristics of Community Participation of Urban Resident

Residents of Yangyuan street community in Wuhan were surveyed for research purpose. Based on uestionnaire research and interview,from the perspective to gain ends of community participation (goal orientation of community participation is to advance or realize four conversions, that is decision-making conversion, cooperation conversion, external participation conversion and resource onversion) the current article finds and analyses four characteristics of the community participation. First, advantage and interests arouse the sense of community participation. Second, sense of efficiency of community participation activizes enthusiasm of community participation. Third, resident committee organization is the guarantee of community participation. Last, the degree of community participation is restricted by the insufficiency of community communication.
