浅谈课堂教学的动态管理策略

摘    要:课堂教学是一个动态的结构系统,语文教师在课堂教学实践中往往出现教学效能比较低的情况,这大凡是由于教师在组织教学过程中忽视课堂教学的动态管理组织而造成的。针对这一问题,我们可以从优化教学设计、营造和谐的语文教学课堂氛围、培养教学机智几方面着手,加强对语文课堂教学的动态管理,提高语文教学水平,实现语文教学目标。

Abstract:Classroom teaching is a dynamic system of organization.Chinese-teaching often gets lower efficacy than prediction does while teachers are in practice.Generally,the reason is because they neglected the dynamic administrative organization in the process of teaching.To solve the problem,we should strengthen the dynamic administration of Chinese-teaching.We Can also obtain a further: improvement to Chinese-teaching and achieve the teaching goal by ameliorating teaching plans,creating a favorable teaching atmosphere and fostering teaching resources.
