| 摘 要： | 国家财政制度是我国在计划经济时代的财政制度,也是30年来财政制度改革的对象。本文分析了这一制度产生的基本逻辑及其特性,重点在于讨论这一制度存在的必然性,即国家财政是内生于我国的工业化运动和计划经济体制的。
