| 摘 要： | 全科医生作为社区卫生服务的主力军,担负着维护社区居民身心健康的职责。国家拨付专款开展社区全科医生培训,旨在提高和维护人民群众的卫生保健。就襄樊市全科医生培训现状、效果进行浅显分析,并提出合理化建议,旨在为今后全科医生的培训提供参考。

| Abstract: | As the mai n force of community health services, the general practitioner carry out the duties of community health, the state has appropriated special funds for community training general practitioners to improve and maintain people＇s health care. In this paper, the training status of general practitioners in Xiangfan, the effects of superficial analysis, and rationalization proposals, aimed at training future general practitioners to provide information. |
