| 摘 要： | 汉代农村社会中有"乡三老"和"里父老",它们虽非严格意义上的乡村吏员,但由于其身份特殊而具有较高的地位和声望,故不仅参与"议政",而且"掌教化",经常配合地方政府劝善除恶,组织生产、催征赋税等,对控制农村社会秩序有重要作用。

| Abstract: | There are "Xiang San Lao" and "Li Fu Lao" in the countryside during the period of the Han Dynasty,although they were not officials,their identities were special,they enjoyed high prestige,so they not only participated in "commentating on politics",but also "administrated the work of reform education",and often coordinated the local government to advise to be good and penalize the vicious,organize production,etc.,which played an important role in controlling the rural social order. |
