| 摘 要： | 当前中国"无直接利益冲突现象"频频发生,并对社会产生了不小的震荡。要消除这一新型冲突现象,就必须认识到"无直接利益冲突"不同于一般的利益冲突,有其自身的特征。而且应该清楚,它虽然也有一定的"正功能",但显现更多的却是其"负功能",只有全面地把握其特征与功能,追溯其产生根源与形成机制,才能寻找到医治这一社会病症的良方。

| Abstract: | The "conflict of non-direct interests"frequently occurs in contemporary China,which causes serious concussions to the society.In order to eliminate this new kind of conflict,we must recognize that "the conflict of non-direct interests " is different from the general one.It has its own characteristics.Although it has certain "positive functions",it often shows its "negative functions".Only on the basis of grasping its features and functions,and then retrospecting its causes and formation mechanism,can we find the cure to this social disease. |
