| 摘 要： | 体质是人的生命活动、劳动和工作能力的物质基础，实现“科教兴国”需要健康的身 体做保障。为此，我们对河南省高校教工的体质和体育锻炼状况进行了测定和调查，旨在为教职工了解自身的体质现状和开展健身活动提供参考。
