| 摘 要： | 学分制的实行对高校教育管理的影响是全方位的，这些影响归根结底会造成对高校就业工作的影响。本文着重分析了学分制对高校就业工作所提出的三方面挑战，并针对这些问题提出了自己的一些见解。
