改革县级党校体制促进干部教育事业科学发展

县（市）委党校在党校系统中处于最基层地位，几十年来，为基层干部培训、学历教育、党的政策理论宣传等工作，作出了应有的贡献。现阶段，由于中国社会的发展变化，使县（市）委党校已经不能更好地完成相应的教学任务，从而影响干部教育事业的发展，因此，必须对县（市）委党校体制进行改革，以更好地适应干部教育事业发展的需要，培养出更高素质的基层党员领导干部，更好地推动中国社会向前发展。
