丝素溶液透析脱盐材料的比较试验

摘    要:用透析袋和玻璃纸为透析材料,分别透析去除丝素溶液中Ca^2+,并就透析后丝素溶液中的Ca^2+含量和含氮量进行了分析对比。试验结果表明,用透析袋和玻璃纸透析98h后,Ca^2+的含量均从20.78%降至0.04%,含氮量分别从1.52%降为0.62%和0.54%。实验证明玻璃纸可以代替透析袋透析脱除丝素溶液中的Ca^2+。

Abstract:The cellophane and visking dialysis tubing were used in the experiment for dialyzing the Ca2+ from fibroin solution. This experiment compared the content of Ca2+ and N in the fibroin solution after which weredialyzed by the cellophane and visking dialysis tubing. The experiment results showed that the Ca2+ contentall were decreased from 20. 78% to 0. 04%, and the N content was cut down from 1. 52% to 0. 62% and0. 54% after the fibroin solution was dialyzed by visking dialysis tubing and cellophane separately. The experiment proved that the visking dialysis tubing can completely be replaced by cellophane for this use.
