| 摘 要： | 教育的本质在于生命的创造，教育首先是一个培养人的过程。教育必须关注生命，开发生命的内在价值，寻求生命的意义。教育要从人出发，以人的自由发展为前提。高效率的教育应该是源自学生对教师教育智慧和人格魅力的认同。
