| 摘 要： | 新建高职院校的办学定位是一所学校发展战略的重要组成部分，决定着学校的未来发展方向。在办学定位的问题上必须处理好追求卓越与创建特色、扩大规模与提高质量、学术权力与行政权力、教学中心与加强科研、学校集权和分级管理、职业核心能力与专业核心技能等六个关系。正确把握和处理好这六种关系，有利于新建高职院校的健康、协调、可持续发展。
