| 摘 要： | 当今时代对当代大学生的素质提出了更多、更高的要求，但他们在思想政治、科学文化修养、创新精神和创新能力及身心健康等方面还存在着这样那样的问题，成为其自身素质发展中的障碍。对这些问题及其原因进行了归纳和分析，并就如何加强大学生的素质教育与成才引导进行了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | The new age makes more and higher demands of the quality of the contemporary students. However, various problems exist in their political ideology, cultural and scientific cultivation, creative spirit and creative capability and mental health, which become hindrances in their quality development. These problems are summed up and analyzed in the paper. Also discussed is the issue of offering guidance for strengthening quality education of the students and their academic growth. |
