| 摘 要： | 从古希腊、古罗马的法律观，到近现代西方法理学，西方法学家充分论述了法律与道德之前的关系。法律与道德的关系发展演变，呈现出相对和谐的一体化，不同程度的剥离与理性的整合的趋势。法律与道德之间互动的最终归宿将是一种规范，既是法律，又是道德。

| Abstract: | From the juristic views of ancient Rome and Greece to modern Western Jurisprudence, western legists have adequately dissertated the relationship between law and morality. The development of the relation has showed itself a trend, which is from unity to peel back, then to conformity. The interaction between law and morality will result in a norm, that is law as well as morality. |
