| Abstract: | The LES International Conference was held in ChicagI from 4-7 May 2008. The participants discussed what made their licensing programs succeed and forecasted the future of licensing and new business models. The topics discussed covered： which region is more conducive to licensing; where a new area to licensing among industries is; the inadequacies caused by dreadful drafting or conflicting laws during drafting clauses of international licensing agreements; and examples of licensing from different industry sectors. |
